The end is nigh!

But not of my blog and short story writing! I love post-apocalyptic settings so I have decided to create a series of short stories set within one larger setting. This isn’t something I have tried before but I am excited to have a go at doing some “world-building”. I am hoping to build a collection of stories that create both distinct narratives and a combined bigger picture with the different stories creating multiple layers of this world.

For now, the working title is “The End” and you will find the stories set in this world via the link on my sci-fi stories. I have only finished one short story so far entitled “The Prize” but I plan on adding more and more and turning the world in my head into reality (on paper only of course!).

Unfortunately with life being life, I haven’t managed to give my writing, yet alone this website, the time I had hoped. Looking at the dates on my blog posts feed, I can see that my last entries were in October 2020 – cue massive face palm!
